ABOUT FRESH LIFE!

Fresh Life Meal Company is Denver's #1 local meal prep delivery service that delivers fresh, healthy prepared meals. Our meals are prepared and delivered fresh on day of delivery -- never frozen! Our meals will last a minimum of 7 days in the refrigerator and freeze extremely well. All of the ingredients used in our meals are non-GMO, free of hydrogenated oils, modified starches, high fructose corn syrups, man-made dyes & preservatives. Our meats are hormone and antibiotic-free and humanely raised. Our produce is always fresh daily, and organic when available! Additionally, our seafood is always sourced from the best vendors & is sustainable. We offer two different plans to choose from - our Peak Plan and Clean Plan. Our plans can be selected for 5, 6, or 7 days/week. Additionally, we also offer meals a la carte. Deliveries are carried out every Monday to guarantee freshness :) 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Click through the prompts on our Meal Plan tab to set up the perfect subscription to meet your needs, complete your checkout, then select your meals from our 'select meals' tab! You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, as well as 'checkout receipts' for your meal selections. Orders placed before 8pm Friday can receive their order as soon as Monday.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Deliveries are carried out Monday evenings between 4pm and 8pm. Specific time requests cannot be accommodated as each driver has a set route that is mapped via satellite tracking which takes into account real-time weather and traffic. To keep you best informed, you'll receive a text when your driver is en route to your specific stop, as well as an additional text once your meals have arrived. If you're unsure you'll be home at the time of delivery, please be sure to leave out a cooler with ice packs for your driver to place your meals within, your meals should be placed immediately in the fridge upon arrival. Please include any specific delivery instructions (i.e. building codes, "leave with front desk", place in cooler) with your order at checkout. Please note if your building requires special access (and our drivers are unable to gain entry), our drivers will make just one attempt at delivery then must carry on with their route.                                                           If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your order / delivery, please contact customer service (not your driver!) via email at orders@freshlifemealcompany.com as this will be the quickest way for us to assist. (Please Note: In accordance with our winter weather protocol, please be aware that depending on severe weather conditions your order may experience delays of up to 24 hours, and in such cases, it will be delivered on Tuesday between 4pm to 8pm, with notification provided via email.)

HOW DOES MEAL SELECTION WORK?

To make your meal selections for your active order, head to the 'Select Meals' tab when logged into your account! Please note our system will auto-select meals at 5pm on Friday (if personal selections have not yet been made) to ensure the proper supply of food is ordered for the upcoming cook. You're welcome to email us at orders@freshlifemealcompany.com to request we clear your cart up until our order deadline of 8pm Friday for Monday deliveries respectively.


SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

Our meals will come as shown on the menu / are not customizable at this time. Have any allergens/dislikes? Be sure to indicate these items from our selectable list on your personal profile page. Doing so will eliminate any meals containing the noted allergen / dislike from your menu selection. All of our meals are low in sodium. Only moderate amounts of all-natural Kosher sea salt. This makes our meal plans a great choice for those with high blood pressure.

HOW DO I PAUSE / SKIP DELIVERIES?

Pauses / skips are carried out from your personal profile! Pauses must be placed by 5pm Friday for Monday deliveries respectively. You can manage your deliveries on file, and change your plan directly via your online account by clicking to your 'profile > subscription'. Here you'll have access to your delivery calendar & can pause as needed to best fit your schedule.


HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can pause, skip & change your plan + update your billing info via your online account. All adjustments must be in place by 8pm Friday to be accommodated for Monday deliveries respectively. Placing a new subscription? Your new subscription will take over at the designated 'start' date to ensure you never have two active subscriptions at once. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

To change your delivery address you can do so via the "Change Address" action button found on your profile, or by emailing us at customercare@freshlifemealcompany.com. Delivery addresses must be updated across multiple platforms and therefore must be communicated via one of these two methods. Delivery address changes must be submitted by 8pm Friday to be accommodated for Monday deliveries respectively. 


HOW DO I HEAT MY MEALS?

Our meals are designed to be heated in the microwave since they already arrive fully cooked. The average cooking time is around 2 minutes -- and you can of course add time as you feel fit :)


WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation can be carried out from your personal profile via the "Request to Cancel Subscription" action button or by emailing us at customercare@freshlifemealcompany.com. While we do not offer refunds, subscription cancellation can be carried out at any time. Please note with cancellation, any remaining deliveries on file will continue until completion to ensure all meals per payment are received. We do not offer refunds for proper renewals, however cancellation will ensure no further charges are incurred. Please note over the weekends our staff will have limited availability to email. As such, if your renewal processes after your cancellation request, please know your cancellation will be processed on Monday & any necessary refunds will be processed.


HOW DO BULK PROTEINS WORK?

Our bulk products are cooked fresh and sourced from the best suppliers & we use local produce where applicable. All items will come fully prepared & ready to eat. Our products are all cooked fresh on day of delivery & they are good in the refrigerator for up to seven days and freeze extremely well.
